What does “Elbow Lake Environmental Education Centre” mean to you? What symbol could best represent our facility, our property, and our values? This winter, a lot of thought was put to these two questions as Nancy McRae, a local artist and graphic designer, generously gave her time and services to design a logo for the ELEEC. The result is simply stunning: Nancy’s signature pines in the foreground, with a peaceful view down the “elbow” of the lake as a backdrop, all over bold lettering. We proudly released this graphic to the public at Open House, and are looking forward to having it represent our facility long into the future.
