Virtual Family Night: Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre Live Tour

Thursday July 8th, 2021 | Live at 7:00pm EST.

Join us on a live virtual tour of Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre and meet the wildlife patients currently in care. This is a unique opportunity to go behind-the-scenes and experience the busiest season of the year at our hospital. A live Q&A with our medical staff will follow the tour.

Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre is a registered charity that rehabilitates sick, injured and orphaned wildlife. We admit over 5,000 wild animals each year, including reptiles, amphibians, birds, and mammals.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the event.

Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre relies heavily on your donations for maintenance and supplies, and currently receives no government funding. Any amount is much appreciated in helping to keep the Centre running year-round. For more information and to donate, please see https://sandypineswildlife.org/?page_id=826.

For inquiries, please contact Emily Verhoek at emily.verhoek@queensu.ca

We will be recording this event in order for it to be displayed on the QUBS YouTube Channel. We aim to make this event as interactive as possible and greatly appreciate audience participation, but you are more than welcome to stay muted with video off.
