March 14 (Saturday): Educational Trail Outing

Snowshoe (or hike, depending on conditions) 8 km of moderately-rugged trail and/or backcountry at the Elbow Lake Environmental Education Centre.  Learn about the effects of past human impacts on the landscape, current management actions, and fascinating research taking place on the property as we strive to better understand our local environment.  Warm up with lunch and tea at the Pavilion.  Day Use fees apply ($8/person).
