Reptiles are the most “at risk” class of wildlife in Canada, with the majority classified as Endangered, Threatened or Special Concern nationally and/or provincially. This workshop will introduce adult participants to local reptiles at risk through a slideshow presentation and hands-on identification training using live native specimens.
This free workshop runs from 1-4 pm in the Pavilion. Drop-ins are welcome, although advance registration is encouraged. Participants registering in advance have the option to book their family/group into a cabin for Saturday night (special rate $60/cabin) to extend their visit to the ELEEC.
