Learn about winter birds and join a guided hike with our Outreach staff! Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy some hot cocoa as we tally what we found and see if you can help us top our previous record. All sightings will be reported to Bird Studies Canada as part of the CBC4Kids project. All ages are welcome!
Bring your binoculars and snowshoes (if we have snow) or borrow a pair of ours! Please note that registration is required to attend this event.
If you want to extend your stay at Elbow Lake, you are also welcome to rent one of our cabins to stay overnight, on both Friday Dec 18th and Saturday Dec 19th. Cabins will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
